reached out about a truck they have for sale, asked some

reached out about a truck they have for sale, asked some basic questions, got basic answers.. I believe most of these dealers do not actually read the inquiry when you "check availability" on a truck, They just begin their usual routine of sending emails, texts, and calling to try and get you in. I made a sight unseen offer (as im 9 hours away) and they simply replied no. No counter, nothing. I tried to reach back out and see what they COULD do, and I was left on read. This dealer is why dealerships are becoming a thing of the past.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic, and they were able

I brought my car in for a diagnostic, and they were able to identify the issue. At that time, I was told they did not have the part needed for the repair. An appointment was scheduled 2 days later to fix it. However, when the day of the appointment arrived, I received a call saying they still did not have the part. I’m confused as to why an appointment was scheduled in the first place when the required part wasn’t available. This resulted in wasted time and could have been avoided with better communication and planning.

good pricing and fast repair times.

good pricing and fast repair times. I have a fleet of 60 vehicles that I have serviced here. It is hard to find a good dealership. So far they are a step above the rest

Was able to get an appointment on the truck very fast

Was able to get an appointment on the truck very fast within one day fix the brake sensor change the oil and the way we went, completed within an hour and 20 minutes
