Pre-owned 2018 Grand Cherokee

The vehicle I bought was well prepped. Everything that was done to it was explained in detail. My Salesman Dustin Gray was thoroughly professional and took care through the whole process before, during, and after the sale. I'm very satisfied and would do business with them again.

Oil change

I went in for an oil change, using the express lane. Two 1/2 hours later someone came into the waiting room to tell me that I needed a new cabin filter, my back brakes were wearing and I needed a new battery, which I declined. The service staff seemed more concerned to find parts to replace than to change the oil. I had a dead battery when I went to leave which is frustrating since i had had no issues with the battery prior to the service. The ironic thing is that I had a torn windshield wiper and that was not discovered. Express lane it was not and I am very disappointed that no one had the courtesy to tell me the wait would be 2 1/2 hours and not once during that wait did anyone come and check on us or provide an update on the wait time.

Recent 20,000 mile service and check up

The service department had me in and out in no time. I like the detailed report that was given me. Always service with a smile!

Out of State Purchase

I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep from Michael there at Terry Henricks. He did a great job facilitating my out of state purchase -- all the way up to finding me a ride from the airport hotel over 60 miles away! He took the time to send me detailed pictures and a 9 minute video of every thing I asked to see. Great job guys
