Visit this dealership on 12/13/2025 to look at a ford

Visit this dealership on 12/13/2025 to look at a ford explorer. Test drive was interested in it. Then a manager came out I have the same car same price different color same options. So we looked at it. Noticed it had over 5500 miles on it as a new car. No thank you. We will stay with the red one. Dealership said hey wait we have another one with little miles. Same price and same stuff as the red one. They bring it up and we say work up a price. They wouldn’t tell us the price of the car and said payment would be almost a 1000.00 a month. We are like WHAT!! the car we want on line was suppose to be like 48000.00. Then tried to screw us on what they wanted to give us for our car. The salesman and the manager was trying to back peddle when we asked about the price of the new car. They said the gray car had more features than the red one so more money. What you mean the other guy said same price as red one. Long story short. Asked for my keys to my car they didn’t want to give them to me. I had to go the finance office to get them and ask them two more times for them before they gave them to me. This place is shady I wouldn’t give them my business or my money

i paid way to much for an oil change i should have went

i paid way to much for an oil change i should have went to my original point of purchase and they didn't reset my oil life setting so i hoped they changed my oil , time will tell.

I had the Works maintenance service done.

I had the Works maintenance service done. Susan my service rep was great! I appreciated her checking on me and letting me know what was happening with my Escape and how much longer it will be till done.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change @ 8am.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change @ 8am. At 9:30 I finally got see whats going on and they cant find my vehicle. Then they find it out side and say, they dont have any room so they are going to start on it outside on the ground! I have a meeting @ 10am and definitely not going to make that. I told the guy they should have notified me of this and he literally just brushed me off knowing I cant just leave. The customer service i just received is absolutely crazy. Its now 9:50am and im still sitting in waiting room for A OIL CHANGE. I even purchased this 50k vehicle from this location 2 yrs ago. Highly upsetting and will be looking at different dealership for next company vehicle which is about due. No point in investing into new company vehicle here if this is the type of service im going to receive

This is James Altgilbers I was in for an oil change

This is James Altgilbers I was in for an oil change yesterday and the service technician said the $20 rebate has expired. I showed him the email on my phone. today I get another rebate on my phone. Also got some estimates and they were outrageous. No more Webb Ford for me.

I had a great experience this time with web as in the

I had a great experience this time with web as in the past. I have bought several vehicles from Webb Ford and each time has been thanks to Kevin Hasselhoff. The service department is supreme thanks to Steve Roe. Kudos to Webb Ford Steve and Kevin.

Brought my car in for an oil change, the service rep came

Brought my car in for an oil change, the service rep came and got me for the tech could show me an issue he found on the car. Susan, the service rep, helped me out with my warranty and getting parts for repairs.

Bought a new 2024 expedition but I had to wait some 40

Bought a new 2024 expedition but I had to wait some 40 days before I could pick it up! Ask one of the fellas if he would put my sunscreen in the windshield of my new vehicle and put some screws I gave him in my trade in. Neither happened and I didn't get the sunscreen back biggest complaint I have is I didn't get the window sticker, who doesn't give you the window sticker? Never bought a new car that I didn't get the window sticker! Car sat on a lot long time but I think that they must wash them with automatic car washes because the finish is not very good with swirl marks all over my dark colored expedition. And then the dealership even though they're a reciprocal dealership they don't do plates? What dealer doesn't do plates? Overall I was fine with the deal but the paint, the plates, and not getting the window sticker, not cool!
