I have been having vehicles serviced at Dahl Ford for over six years and have never had any issues with sales or service. This is an excellent dealership which take care of all the vehicles I have brought in even the ones not purchased here. My 2016 focus which was serviced today drives like a new car. Thank you very much

I brought my truck in for some routine maintenance and to

I brought my truck in for some routine maintenance and to investigate a growling sound from the right front tire. The service advisor (April) asked me to take her for a ride to hear the sound. She quickly determined what the probable cause was and said she would call me after they put it on a lift and had a better look. She later called and explained what the problem was, what they would have to do to fix it and a couple of additional items that needed attention. She said they would keep it overnight and it would be ready the next day. She called and explained it wouldn’t be ready at the original time said since they had lost power at the dealership due to severe storms the previous night but it would be ready the next day. I thanked her for the update and the truck was ready the next day. I have worked with April on several occasions and she as well as all of the service advisors are knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to talk to.

Great service,, very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good selection of trucks and SUV's, service department does a good job checking maintenance items and recommends work but doesn't push to have service done if you decline.
