My salesman was Terry Haines. When I walked into Dahl I was nervous but my overall experience was 10/10 FANTASTIC. I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed especially being a female by myself. He explained everything in a sense that I would understand. They did everything they could to get numbers down to where I wanted/needed them to be. I spoke with Doug and he always was fantastic and so nice and helpful. I will always recommend Dahl and especially Terry!!

Was surprised at how helpful they were. Im a OG strieter motor guy with family ties. But Dahl stayed true to the no xx moto. Did have to wait a while for finance guy but they were really busy on that Saturday. Overall helpful and good experience.

Jaylin was very helpful answering my questions about what each of the buttons do, comparing the one we got to other used cars available, etc. Plus we really enjoy our car. We made things a bit difficult on her because my wife wasn't available at first, so she worked well with me to give me all the info of multiple payment options to share with my wife. In addition, they allowed me to test drive it to my wife to make it easier to decide if we wanted to buy it. The only reason why I gave 4 stars for the dealership instead of 5 was because of the extra wait when I came back with my wife, so it made it a long night. But that was nobody's fault, and is a testament to how many people want to buy cars from this place. So, overall, it was a pleasant experience buying from Dahl.

He was knowledgeable, engaging in the best possible way, informative and very helpful. I didn't just think he was the best salesperson I've dealt with in a long time, I left the Ford place liking him as a person. Whoever decided to hire him should get a pat on the back.
