The updated program fixed my frozen back up screen, my frozen clock, and. my frozen internet connection for updates. However, I lost my mph dashboard screen and my regenerative brake coach screen.

Everyone there was incredibly helpful and kind made me feel welcome! I had a terrible experience at another dealership. I spoke with Kaelyn told her my whole experience at the other dealership and even though it had nothing to do with her she was sympathetic and understanding. Hayden called me quickly to go over what I wanted. He listened to everything I said. And did not make me feel like a bother. Terry the F&I guy was amazing. Great conversation about my situation at the other dealership as well. He actually explained things to me. Kaelyn was so sweet!! Terry and Hayden were a blast. Knowledgeable and efficient!! I can’t recommend them enough! I have never had a fun time a dealership so again they took care of me and made buying my escape a blast! I have been telling everyone about my amazing experience at Dahl Ford!
