Ian was very polite and knowledgeable on the service that was required. He explained everything in detail and offered the time frame fit when the work would be complete. He called prior to the work being completed to set up a time for their shuttle service to pick me up and have me at the dealership when the work was finished. Everybody was friendly and polite.
