I went in there with the mindset of what I wanted, and he

I went in there with the mindset of what I wanted, and he put me in a car with a matter of minutes. I was approved. Overall, Hayden is an outstanding employee, and if I were an employer, looking for someone to represent my company, he would be top of my list. He is an asset to Dahl Ford.. Patient, kind, understanding and a very good listener. I see Hayden working his way up from sales to the management within five years. Eagerness to sell, but most importantly eagerness to make his customers happy and it shows Hayden is definitely a leader and not a follower, he’s a go-getter. No goal for him is on attainable or unachievable.

April Ricketts in service is the best.

April Ricketts in service is the best. She kept me informed when my car was in for service. I have bought multiple vehicle from Dahl . I truly believe there isn't a better dealership. Dahl ford and April are GOAT!

Great staff, very friendly and attentive.

Great staff, very friendly and attentive. Your lounge area waiting for services to be done is just standard, very comfortable seating, however there is no water, no coffee, no snacks, nothing but yourself and your phone and other people doing the same as everyone else on their phones. There was a TV, not on and no one ever asked if we would like the TV on and about 10 employees walked thru the door that’s in the Lounge.
