Did not communicate to me that my van had been towed in by Midway (see Midway review). It sat there days until I went inside to see what was going on with it. I gave them my warranty info. I felt encouraged. They even moved it after a few days. After back and forth with the Endurance Junction said they couldn't get an answer from Endurance would l try. My daughter got through after 30 minutes. The rep had all the dates and names of people they had spoken to. Endurance contacted Junction. Sadly my claim was denied. But the point of my complaint is between Midway and Junction I am still without my van and it is June 15th. Now I know that I will have to pay $1,800 for the repairs sometime after it gets put back on the schedule. I have been without a vehicle since May 5th. I bought my van from Vandevre in Akron. Sadly my warranty ran out. So I purchased Endurance. But at Vandevre I was always given a rental even if the repairs weren't covered. If it wasn't going to be fixed that day I had a car until it was. What's my point? I will never recommend Midway or Junction. But they are nice people if that's all you are looking for.
