Ron Alpen Ford

My first time at the dealership was great. They had the truck i wanted at a good fair price. the couple of issues i had with the truck were taken care of as promised. I found that to be unusual in itself. The owner as well as Dewey the salesman could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this dealership over any other of the larger ones. At Ron Alpin Ford I didn't feel like i was being held captive trying to get my keys back so I could leave. You know what I'm talking about. The high pressure salesman trying to wear you down so you give up and say yes I'll take it. From start to finish it was a refreshing experience. I am a customer for life.

Called and ordered a part and paid for it over the phone. Was told it would be shipped and had to call back on Friday and was told it hadn't been shipped yet. 3 days and not shipped was told ups don't come every day. When I called to check on it I asked for parts and the lady said your part hasn't shipped yet. Didn't even tell her my name or anything.

Ron Alpen Ford is an excellent dealership. I have been a customer of their's for over 30 years. I couldn't ask for a better experience when buying a new or used vehichle. Their service and repair shop is second to none. And i trust my vehichles will be fixed right the first time every time! Thank You Ron Alpen Ford!
