Always a pleasure to go to Gates! The people there are always kind and friendly!

I went in the oil change lane for the oil change, tire rotation and new wipers. I was second in line. I think I waited about and hour and a half. I'm not sure. The service was great, as always!

Gates always takes extra good care of my 2017 Equinox which has many more miles of life.

Things were smooth and decent time getting done. Employees were friendly. They were not real busy, and allowed things to go quickly.

Had a dead battery and, despite how busy Service was, Chris worked me in and kept me abreast of developments throughout the process.

Great work. In time. Responsible for for protecting vehicle. Great communication. Great price. Completed work at a timely Manor.

It was ok. I'm still curious about how they gave me 2 options and both were the most expensive. I called around and found 1 tire for almost half the price of the 2 option. I went and got a good used tire for $35 when they wanted to get me to buy a new tire for 283 or 190. 1 tire that's crazy.

Not good service. My car was done for awhile and they never came and told me. Told me an hour wait and ended up being one hour and 45 minutes. I had to go ask if it was done
