Gate's Dealership is hands down the best customer service

Gate's Dealership is hands down the best customer service experience I have ever experienced. From the time I drive up to the moment I leave I am greeted with a welcoming smile and eager to assist attitude. The text message communication is very helpful to let me know what is going on and when my car is ready. Thank you Gates Team! You have made me a life long customer!

I brought my caprice in for a recall and they made my car

I brought my caprice in for a recall and they made my car inoperable and couldn’t fix it. I had to hire a third party locksmith to come to the dealership and fix it and when I asked about compensation they laughed. I had to spend $350 to fix my car that wasn’t broken before I dropped it off

Since 2001 I have always had great service with Gates.

Since 2001 I have always had great service with Gates. In this case I was offered a shuttle ride home and back to the shop for pick-up. Great experience in all. Thank you!!
