Great sales staff; competitive pricing
Lisa Fender was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in, knew about all the standard equipment and options available, and provided a complete, detailed proposal in response to our inquiry. She was prompt and responsive to our questions, and made concluding the deal very satisfying. Her readiness to handle the installation of dealer installed accessories was extraordinary!

Great Service
Salesman was very polite and thorough in explanations of the car and the price. I compared the cost of this car at another dealership. LaFontaine had the best deal! The facility was also clean and neat and they offered free coffee!

Fast and efficient service
The service was fast and I was immediately notified when my car was done. Some dealerships will tell you 10 to 30 minutes after the service is finished. Great job!

Good Oil Change
No muss, no fuss. Went in for an oil change (best price in town). Was surprised that no one tried to upsell me things I don't need or want, but pleasantly surprised. Good experience all around.

Fantastic service during and after the sale!
After I purchased this vehicle, I found a selling price discrepancy between what I paid and what the vehicle was being offered for online. Chris (one of the sales managers) was more than willing to resolve this issue. We negotiated to have four (4) new tires put on our vehicle and we could not be any happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Chris and the LaFontaine Volkswagen Dealership in Dearborn Heights to ANYONE!!

Steve Bergstrom was extremely helpful in setting up our appt. for our recall service and getting us in and out. Also helping getting a warranty problem diagnosed and part ordered/and setting up an appt. to have it taken care of the day after it came in.

fast competent service
Everyone was respectable, courteous and business like. I was told the work would take about an hour, but it was finished much sooner. The car was not left dirty. The paperwork explained everything and the check out was fast and friendly. Good Job!
