Bobby and Janet provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to explain and address all my questions and concerns as a first time leasee. I could have leased this car from a number of dealerships much closer to my home and with the car on the lot, but I selected Battles based on the superior level of customer care.

Great service
They were very understanding and worked with me, because I live on Martha's Vineyard. Heather came down to the boat and picked me up from the boat because I didn't have transportation to battles to pick up my truck. She worked with me a lot on the phone.
