Very friendly

We've dealt with several dealerships in the past and never experienced one as friendly and welcoming as the team at Auto Park Ford. I say "team" because they worked around our schedule (we live an hour from the dealership) to set up a test drive. When we arrived our salesperson Amy was busy so Laura (I think that was her name) stepped in so we could take a test drive and answered our questions. All of the employees we met and worked with were very upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable of their area. After our test drive and decision to buy, we discovered a couple of problems which they fixed it at no charge to us. They even washed it. Twice! Even the sales manager, Moe, stopped to ask us how we were doing. I can't say enough good things about the people and service at Auto Park Ford.

Overcharged me for work that had to be redone.

They inspected and recommended work that was unnecessary at inflated prices. The work they did perform, was incomplete and had to be redone after only a few miles. They failed to change my air filter, and only one of a set of oxygen sensors were installed. Additionally there were vacuum leaks which impacted performance. When I left, they awarded me with $53 of coupons for additional work, which tells me I was overcharged. I’m very unhappy with the lousy job.

100% satisfied!

Amy was very knowledgeable and room all the time we needed to answer all our questions. Will definitely recommend her to our friends. Our truck was clean and full of gas!! Bonus!!

Very friendly

Helped me get the payment I wanted for the vehicle I wanted. Very friendly and welcoming, confurtabk waiting area. Staff was knowledgeable with the vehicle and showing me the features.

Very Happy

We definitely can’t say enough nice things about Sandie!! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from her in the last year! She’s like family! She knows us and she is on top of all of our needs!!

Megan was very helpful I first came up on a Thursday and ask for the keys to start it try to schedule a test drive but couldn't come back to Saturday and then she was there for me and I bought it

Very Accommodating

We needed work on one of our trucks but we also need to have that truck on the road everyday. They were able to come up with a solution to get the truck fixed with very little down time for us. Every one was very nice and very accommodating.

My experience with Megan at auto park ford was great. She got me at a price and payment that worked for me. When my lovely wife gets her new car it will most likely be from Megan and auto park ford

Just like any other Stealership. Money hungry and ignorant.

I'm absolutely going to give this dealership a 1 out of 5 star rating and I'll explain why. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The asking price was outrageous and they were unwilling to really work with me on the price. I work on cars and it is my main hobby. I understand that they need to make their money, but you should also feel comfortable with what you're paying. I regret buying what I purchased 100 percent from this dealership. The test drive went well, but I was taken to a spot where there were tire marks everywhere and the salesman acted like he was going to do donuts. This tells me that they abuse cars and clearly do not care, let alone watching technicians romping on vehicles in the parking lot, and pulling out onto the road. I pointed out every flaw with the vehicle and the salesman acted oblivious to as of why I offered what I offered. Nonetheless, I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. I felt somewhat comfortable but also annoyed by the way I was talked to. The immediate coercing to wrangle in a buyer as soon as you walk in the door is extremely rude and unnecessary. After the deal was made, I was definitely just ready to go about my business and leave. I was asked to get a picture taken by my vehicle and I agreed. Right before the picture was taken, the salesman said "You should have enough gas to get home. We didn't have time to fill it up because of all of the discounts you received." and I assumed he was joking. I drove 2 and a half hours to this dealership and had less than a half of a tank to get back. I received ZERO discounts. I talked them down to a FAIR price for the dealership and myself, regarding the vehicles conditions that was "Looked over extremely well" by the technicians. They obviously missed the exhaust leak, oil leaks, and transmission leaks. I'm extremely dissatisfied and I will not be recommending this dealership to any person I know.

Dylan, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you feel this way about your experience. I encourage you to contact the GM at Auto Park Ford if you are feeling unhappy about your purchase to see what options may be available to you. However, the vehicle purchased was a 15 year old vehicle and we do not recondition 15 year old vehicles to "New" condition and have to be sold As-Is. We allow and encourage all of our customers to have vehicles looked at by a mechanic if they wish, but we believe the Mustang left here, although maybe with some imperfections, running good and safe to drive.

Outstanding service

I was recommended by a family member to go to Auto Park Ford. I have never owned a Ford and our sales person, Sandie along with the whole Auto Park staff was there for us. They went above and beyond. Showed me what I wanted and didnt try to push anything else! I will definitely be back!
