My van is still there for same problem they can’t figure it out. I paid $167.00 for them to put it the computer. I bought a new battery like they said to. I still have jump start my van I took back and been since Monday after Christmas. Tech dose not know why it has be jump. I would really like them to find the problem.

I go to classic Chrysler in Madison because of outstanding customer service and helpfulness. The service writers are great to deal with and always have a concern for the customer. This is hard to find . The parts department is always great if I need to purchase item(s). Even though it’s an old building, it’s always clean here. The offer a nice waiting room with beverages. I do drive 30min. To get here when I could go to another Chrysler dealership which is closer. But it doesn’t rate to the service you get with Classic. Last thing, don’t change a thing. I will continue to go to this dealership.
