One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!

bought my ford f150 from clinton ford in rock hill, sc. had trouble with the tires. they did their jobs.on the problem; but their atitude was not very good. was not like the sales experience but guess they had already got their money so it really did not matter
