I stopped to look at a used truck then backed off , Josh

I stopped to look at a used truck then backed off , Josh continued to call me every week a couple times then I called him to look at st4 and ended up buying , Josh Is a very good saleman not pushy but getting me all the info I asked him for and very patient , if it weren’t Josh I may have not bought new vehicle,

I recommend this dealership to anyone. Contacted Josh about the vehicle, he allowed me to put a 500 dollar hold on the truck and held it for 4 days. I drove 5 hours to test drive the vehicle, upon arriving he pointed out the vehicle had a cracked headlight and some rock chips on the front bumper. I trust drove the vehicle, was able to get them down a few dollars about the rock chips and they agreed to pay for the headlight. Truck drove great on the way home, but started making noises in the front suspension a few days later. Being a certified vehicle I took it to the dealership in PA to be serviced. It had bad springs, shocks, and bushings. The vehicle is fixed and I'm picking it up today minus a 100 dollar deductible! Josh Perez went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and flawless from start to finish. And kudos to the dealership managers for honoring their words! Excellent dealership!

Durango service

My wife purchased a Durango GT from Northwest Hills and we have been very happy with both the salespeople and the service department as she just took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was fast and the people were freindly.

I would like to thank Chris Hansen for making my purchase one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a truck I stopped in Fri after work and picked up the new truck Tues afternoon He took care of everything with my insurance company as well as the credit union. unfortunately I had a very frustrating experience with them. I was charged full price for labor only to be told they couldn't fix the issue . I waited over 1 1/2 hrs and live over a hr away . This could have been avoided and staff seemed not to care

2020 Jeep Wrangler service & repair

Always happy with this service department. The service writer, Nick Pyle, is excellent. Always happy with the service or repairs that are performed.

Ram service

I was treated very nicely. They were not able to repair the vehicle that day. It needs a new wiring harness, and module. Their price to repair it would be astromical.
