New vehicle purchase

Exceptional!!

Great service! John bacarella found me the car i wanted and got it to me within a week! Had it ready to go after i signed papers. Hes the reason i keep coming back to crest ford

Crest Ford is awesome!

I could not be happier with the 2017 Escape we brought home! John Bacarella was patient with us while we spent weeks figuring out what we wanted. And when we finally decided at the very end of the month, he made sure we were able to get it. I don't know how he managed it, especially since we had a very particular list of features we wanted in our vehicle. We continue to be loyal Crest Ford customers, and will recommend John Bacarella to all of our friends and family!

Highly recommend

This is the first time I used Creat Ford, & after my experience, Creat Ford will be the ONLY place I use in the future!!! the shuttle service was A+ !!! Excellent service all around, I highly recommend!!

Top notch dealership!!

As always, I make an appointment ahead of time for my car to get the Work's done. I am always greeted right away and from the time I arrive to the time I leave I feel welcomed and appreciated. Even with all the construction going on, everyone is still friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate it!

Great service department.

Great place to do business. Always professional, and personable. Always feel like I'm treated fairly. Asked to have breaks replaced and was told mine were perfect. I did not need new ones. Honesty goes along way. Service manager , Mike, always takes good care of me. Explains what was and was not done with reasons. Thank you for your service. I have and will continue to recommend you to everyone I know.
