I used to go to Sgate Ford, walking distance from home. After repeated bad service & repair, I tried Crest. Best decision I could’ve made. They have great service reps (esp Jim). A-1 repair department. Top line body shop. All departments, including porters & cashier, have always been professional, kind & respectful. I’ve used all these departments and have been completely & consistently satisfied.

The time came to look at a replacement for my 2015 Explorer, with 245,000 miles. Sarah Dunne had taken over for my previous sales rep at Crest Ford in Flat Rock and was able to help me with options including vehicles, trade-in, and pricing to keep me driving more confidently on the road.

I'd like to give a big thank you out to Jim staciak. A Crestwood Ford he's an outstanding person. He pays great detail to your problems he explains very thorough. What's going on with your vehicle this guy should be a manager of the garage over there. Thank you again he's made my experience with Crestwood Ford amazing.

Very calm environment with a great sales and FI staff who were very straight forward and transparent with the transaction making it an outstanding experience. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and colleagues.

needed a new transmission it was under warranty called them set up a appointment was worried because the warranty was almost up and i needed a loner they told me not to worry that as long as i was in the system i was good fast forward 11 months later trans started slipping again called for a second time they remembered me and knew i needed a loner set the appointment up day before i was going to bring it in they called and said they didn't have a loner yet they would call me when they get one i called july 17 my appointment was august 11 the warranty was up on the 8th didn't worry bout it because of the first time when they said as long as i was in the system i was in contact with them every few days finally get it in there its now mid november they don't call bout the car till december and they say the warranty is up i was confused and talked to everyone up the line to help even contacted the owner all they would do is wave the labor and i had to fork over 2600 i feel ripped off will never go there again.

I am Totally Thrilled with the fabulous service I received on my F-150. They went over and above Quality Repairs!! I highly recommend using Crest Ford for all your repairs. Excellent!! Bill kept us informed on the progress of work. Chris and Conner were Awesome!!

Brought my 2024 Bronco Wildtrak deluxe 2 dr in for service. Oil changed was promptly accommodated so then drove over to the write up area for a recurring issue. Scheduled next day appointment. Brought in said vehicle for inspection to find the issue. Part was ordered and install scheduled. Part promptly arrive in a day. Came in for the repair.. Technician quickly made the repair, checked all systems and levels .. issue resolved under warranty with my cost of a part. FREEDOM, my named Bronco is bucking and raring to roam. Thank you to the entire Service Team from write-up to the Technician to the supplier of coffee to the Cashier. Crest is my small town Big Service Ford Dealer. Craig C Morgan / my Grandson, Cameron, agrees too.
