I hate buying cars. I recently gave Crest Ford a shot because their service department has always been good to me and my family. I have to say that my recent purchase at Crest Ford was probably the best car-buying experience I've had. Shannon and her manager Dan in sales was very prompt and responsive. Evan in financing did a great job explaining all the different add-on packages without pressuring me into things I told him I wasn't interested in. There were also issues that came up during the financing process that were outside of the dealership's control, but Evan went out of his way to identify a satisfactory solution after he saw that I was unhappy. I still don't like the car-buying process, but Crest Ford made it as easy and fast as can be expected. I'm satisfied.

I have been working with these people over 20 years, They are very nice and treat respectfully. I usually lease a car but I could not let this one go so I was pleased I could buy it.

My wife has not had a vehicle in quite a few years and our salesman Brent took so much time and care to make sure that my wife was comfortable and at ease with the purchase. He Evan told us to call or stop by if we needed anything.

I’m very please with David a service representative. David is friendly, knowledgeable, and appears very interested in your needs. David found the error code/problem for my 2024 F 150. He ordered the part, set up a service date and delivered a satisfied customer. I have worked with David before and he is an explanatory employee. Thank you David

I have been taking my 2017 fusion for service at another dealership due to the change in quality of service at the dealership I went to crest Ford. I was told that it was a very good dealership reliable, etc. I took my Ford there and I was very pleased. Dave was very helpful the service man and kept me informed of what was going on with my car. From this point forward, I will be always taking my car to crest to have it serviced.

Spoke with Burt and he me come back at 4:00 since I didn’t have an appointment. They took me in right away and I was out in just over an hour. Great service and it is always a pleasure working with Crest Ford. I met with Sean while my F150 was being serviced and he was most helpful in going over my lease which ends in September. At his suggestion I will be ordering a new F150 soon. A great dealership to work with.
