I got a message regarding an issue with my F-150. I spoke to Jim in Service, brought my truck in late Wednesday, and had it back by Friday at noon. Good service by good people.

Karissa was an amazing advisor. Got the car in quick and it was ready even earlier than promised. She kept me posted the whole way through! This is by far the best dealership in the area. Work is always done correctly the first time.

Crest ford service is so kind and accommodating even when it’s inconvenient to have to a vehicle in for repairs, they make the experience so tolerable. They were able to get the part I needed from another dealer and surprised me when I picked my truck up that it was all fixed!!! Great team love Crest Ford!

Tech went above and beyond in fixing our brakes, and also took the time to crawl underneath and show my husband what he did. Staff is always professional and respectful.
