First time I actually enjoyed the car buying experience! Am usually intimidated by the whole process, but Michael had an easy going and no nonsense attitude that put me at ease. He also explained the features of the car so thoroughly during a test drive and when I picked the car up the next day, that am not sure I'll have to read the owner's manual.

He did not pressure us but was always there to answer any questions we had. He took care of all the hassles of registering our new car and made buying a car a pleasure.

The staff was very professional with the entire transaction including paperwork was explained and went very smooth. They also answered all of our questions and explained how all the newer options (I also own 2005 Volvo). I was very happy. It was a positive experience! We highly recommend this dealership!
