One of the best car buying experiences we've had, hands down. We were coming in from Des Moines to look at a Jeep we spotted online, and called ahead to have them hold it for us. When we arrived it was waiting by the front door for us. Dave Koch and Susie O'Brien-Johnson in the finance office were wonderful to work with. They genuinely made us feel like they wanted our business. They worked with us on our trade in price, helped us to get a lifetime extended warranty and didn't quit until we got to a price we could live with including all our extras. Dave even took us into town and bought us lunch while we were waiting for the paperwork to get drawn up! If Iowa Nice can be applied to a car dealership, this would be it.

This dealership really did a great job of getting us exactly what we were looking for. The process followed through extremely well with no hiccups. We told him what we wanted and where the budget allowed us to be and he made it happen. Thys Motor has the best staff and everyone is always so friendly! Sam does a great job at getting my jeep in for a service and she listens to what I'm telling her! Susie has always done a great job at helping me with a new vehicle purchase.

Had a low tire light come on, so I called Thys Motors and Susie directed me to pull up to serivce garage door. When I got to Thys, the door opened up, I pulled in and Sam came out and aired up my tires. I didn't even need to get out of my car! So convenient, excellent customer service. Thanks!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Thys Motors. I received amazing customer service from everyone I came in contact with. When I first entered the building I was greeted by Jessie who was very friendly and professional. I did not feel any pressure during the buying process. Mike was very helpful in putting me in a vehicle that best suited my needs. Susie walked me through the entire paperwork process taking her time and explaining everything in detail. Salesman Dan took me out to the vehicle and explained in detail all the little details and features the car had. Sam was great when I had an issue with the vehicle. She got me in right away and took care of it. I would definitely recommend Thys Motors to anyone. What a great team!

Preparing to leave for Florida and my vehicle started overheating. I called Susie at Thys Auto who transferred me to Sam with service and they got my vehicle in immediately to be repaired so I wouldn't miss my deadline. Thanks for everything You guys are the best!
