I will recommend this dealership. I was promptly greeted and assisted by Derrick and Dominick Tran was very friendly and explained everything.

Had the car in for oil change and tire rotation. Said all finished, however when I drove away car had a terrible noise. Rear wheel had not been not tightened. The next day I was up north and the low tire light came on. Checked the in dash pressure and the pressure was 24# on front tires and 27# on rear. This is an on going service problem with this dealership. On the jeep before current I brought the car in for a EGR recall. Car was returned to me as completed. Two days later going north on US 23 at 70MPH the car slowed down to 10MPH I managed to exit without getting run over. Car was towed in and falt was vacuum line not secured on the EGR valve. I hag a Journey prier to the jeeps. While in tor routine service (oil and tire rotation) the oil filler cap wasn't replaced. By the time I got home there was oil all over the engine compartment.
