My opinion and response for the staff and services I work with and receive from Lombard Ford has not changed in last 6 years that I’ve been dealing with them - They are a pleasure to work with, not only on the sales side, but especially the service side. If you harp make me say something that I think needs to change….. then I’d have to ask Rob to buy better chairs for the service waiting room!! And maybe think about putting in a coffee machine…. Otherwise…. Keep doing what you’re doing!

We can't thank you enough for your business and your kind words. We appreciate any feed back from our customers. As far as the chairs go, we bought a few new ones a couple years ago but unfortunately they do get worn. We did remove the coffee machine during COVID a few years ago in order to keep our customers safe and we attempt to stay safe. Should you wish to have coffee, we do have a coffee maker. Mrs. Lombard feels its less "germy" for the employees to provide you with a cup of coffee. Should any one like a cup, simply ask any of us and we will be glad to make it for you. Be safe over the holidays and we'll see you in the new year!
