Mr. Huerta was a total gentleman. Definitely not a "high pressure" guy and not pushy at all. I knew I wanted a CX-5, and I loved the Platinum Quartz color. So he presented the offer on his "big screen" and there was really not a lot to haggle about. We agreed to the price and within 45 minutes he had me all written up and on my way. Then he was nice enough to sit in the car with me and explain all the buttons/features. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
