They will lie to you to make a sale.
We made a deal on a new vehicle with this dealership for a certain price with sales tax, license, documentation fee and title transfer all included in one price. The salesmen Austin assured me that everything I just listed was all one price. Two weeks later when I got the paper work (Title) and sales tax was not paid I called the Dealership and the salesman and after 2 days the manager Chris finally got back to me and told me they don't collect sales tax in Nebraska. So after they collected my money they tell me that. If they would have been upfront with that information right away I would not have done the deal it was over a $4000 difference. With the $4000 dollars added to the price I could have gotten a better deal and many other dealerships. If you buy from them make sure everything is good before you do the survey from Chrysler, and they will push you to do it right away.

Worst car buying experience ever!
Worst car buying experience of my life. My wife and I drove an hour to look at some used vehicles they had for sale. We did not like the used ones we came to look at, so we checked out the Nissan altimas they had. We liked them and decided to buy a new altima that they said they could acquire from another dealer. After negotiating a price including our trade in, we struck a deal for a brand new Altima. The next morning, I was contacted by the salesman and he CONFIRMED that they were getting the new Nissan that we made a deal on. He told me they were sending some guys to the dealer to pick the vehicle up and have it ready for us that evening. We had planned to drive back another hour to pick the vehicle up and sign the paperwork, turn our trade-in over, etc....My wife and I were both excited to get our new vehicle later that day. Several hours after that morning phone call, I received another call from one of their staff informing me that the dealer they were acquiring the vehicle from, had told them they sold the vehicle. What a crock! Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere! A very disappointing ALMOST car sales experience say the least........

This may not be directly for this dealer.
This may not be directly for this dealer. However, dealers using any of the listing platforms need to know this. DO NOT LIST ANY VEHICLES WITHOUT COMPLETE INFORMATION!! If miles, or price, or pictures or any other component is missing, please, keep the listing OFF until complete information is available. I look at the platforms regularly, but if any info is missing, I DO NOT STOP AT THAT LISTING. REMEMBER, TWO (2) CAN PLAY YOUR xxxx GUESSING GAME. If you want results, then we, as the public, needs the info. Remember this the next time you are posting a vehicle.

Justin is the man for you!
Closed on our 8th vehicle with Justin Maxey at Cornhusker Auto. Been looking and watching for my next vehicle for over 6 months. Justins patience and understanding of what I was looking for and also couldn't be without, was above and beyond my expectations. Looking for a dealership that listens to you and fills your wishes - Justin is your man!

I was meant by a friendly and knowledgeable young...
I was meant by a friendly and knowledgeable young saleswoman, she took me to her office and asked me, what she could do for me. I told her what I was looking for and price range. Then she looked on her computer and told what they had. I bought that day. It was the most enjoyable visit to a dealership I have ever had. Thanks, D.E. Norfolk

Very responsive to my inquiry via Cars.com
I didn't ultimately end up buying through Cornhusker, but their Sales staff was very quick to respond and very professional and helpful. I will try them again for my next purchase.

Poor customer service
I went in looking for an affordable small car, once I decided I liked a car, I decided to do alittle checking, found that cornhusker had the highest priced car of that make and model within a 200 mile radius. I had found newer models for alot cheaper, I figured they'd come down alittle on the price but they wouldn't. I was told that they didn't need my business and was asked to leave.

Disappointed
I had done quite a bit of shopping online and found a car I liked at Cornhusker. Initially, I was very impressed with the customer service at the actual dealership. However, once I "decided" on a car, the salesperson I was working with left before I had even signed all of the paperwork, and while he moved on to the next customer, I sat waiting in the office. I did go through with the purchase and after buying a car, I got home that night to realize I was charged more than the car was being advertised for on the Cornhusker website. When I asked about it the next day, I was told they would send me a check for the extra, but that never came. I was also trading off a vehicle, but didn't have a way to get it to Norfolk at the time. Then, I was told to bring it to a salvage yard, which meant I only got a fraction of the cost and was asked to send a check to make up the difference. I understand the value that was taken into account for the trade in, but I felt like I was required to be very flexible throughout the entire process, while Cornhusker Auto was not. Had the time line for the trade-in been more upfront, I may have skipped that to finance the full price of the car. Overall, I felt very taken advantage of and that making a sale was the most important thing for the dealership.
