Write a reviewThis is the closest dealership at over two hours from where I live, and after numerous issues with delays on a recall part I was canceled from my 8:15am appointment 15 minutes away after a long drive. When I asked to get a call from the manager asap to fix this problem, he was rude and unapologetic, when all I really wanted was a genuine apology for the abrupt cancellation after multiple tries. Hot Tip for any competent manager trying to garner customers and community support, don't come off as a jerk. P.S. Employees were actually friendly and kind, but ask yourself if you really want to support a manager so committed to shirking responsibility and providing a modicum of decent customer service.
