Anyways all I needed was an oil change but they found I had a bad radiator hose and they put a brand new one on at no charge. Then on top of that they discounted my oil change down to only $12.95 when I did not even ask them to. Fantastic people there

I was travelling from northern Michigan to my home in Phoenix Arizona when my check engine light came on. The mechanic I was using discovered that my problem wasunder warranty and referred me to Williams Brothers. I was told it would take a week to get my van back. Instead, Williams Brothers had me back on the road in 2 days. They treated me with respect and courtesy. I never felt as though they were trying to take advantage of my situation, but rather they checked out my vehicle to make sure my van was completely ready for the the trip. I was never pressured to buy services I said no to.
