Oil Change on January 15

Service representative who checked me in was courteous. He correctly estimated the amount of time my service would take and he phoned me when my car was ready.

Service work

2012 Ford Edge. Service has always been excellent. Have two homes. Most of my time spent in NW Michigan so I have most of my service performed in that area. Always enjoy visiting Gorno Ford when I can.

purchase of new vehicle

Purchased a 2015 Escape, very pleased with the vehicle and the wonderful service given to us by the Salesperson Kenneth Greene. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Ken at Gorno Ford. We have been pleased with all contact with this dealership and the excellent service when using service department for oil changes.

My experience there was great. First time there since the remodeling, the place looks great. The new text notification system is really helpful.

Great service. Clean facilities.

I leased a 2014 Ford Focus. The service provided by Steve Engel was excellent. He was extremely helpful. And even Pat, who helped when Steve wasn't there on a particular Saturday, proved to be very helpful in his absence.

Great Experience

The staff was very helpful, they could not do anything the day I took my car in because a part was needed, but ordered the part, and had it fixed the next day. I appreciate the fast friendly service. The dealership is always very clean and they try to make your stay as short as possible. Your vehicle is looked at very quickly and you are told the situation right away.

Perfect experience!

My experience was perfect! Rick Ermil found the exact Ford Escape that I requested on Wednesday and I drove it out of the dealership on Thursday! Paperwork was ready when I arrived. The entire process couldn't have been better!
