Oil change from xxxx
I tried to schedule and the only option was a week away. I tried to drop off my truck and the service technician was very rude and unhelpful. I had to return and wait for my oil change and it took 2 hours. I feel this kind of service is unacceptable.

Steve Engle is a great salesperson, very thorough and knowledgeable about leasing a vehicle. He is very helpful as to get the best deal he could for me, especially with all the issues with finding a vehicle and the changes in incentives. He makes it very stress free for the customer and should be honored for his service under the current stressful circumstances he has with the shortage of chips and having to order each vehicle. It is sad that the dealerships salespeople suffer because they do not get paid until they sell a vehicle and Ford workers get paid.

I had a programing recall for the trailer breaking system. I had an appointment at 9 am and was done by 9:45 am. Gorno Ford has always been really good about keeping appointment times and and giving feed back on what work was preformed.
