Everything was done very professional.

Everything was done very professional. i got the car the same morning ,very fast and the dealer was helpful.So far I have no problems with the car.

They have lost my business.

They have lost my business. The Service Manager, the techs, the glass replacement tech put close to 400 miles on my vehicle trying to find a noise. This dealership also returned my vehicle with the gas light on and 25 miles to empty. On the paperwork the odometer was marked the same for in and out mileage. I can't say for certain if someone smoked in the vehicle, but I had to clean a nasty film off the inside windows. I can say I was satisfied with the damage repair, but never in my life of having a vehicle serviced that many miles of testing were needed. The car was in their possession for a week. Had the manager shown more concern for my issue, I would have given a higher score.

Gorno picked up my car, repaired it and returned it to my

Gorno picked up my car, repaired it and returned it to my driveway all in one day. Their service department worked with me and used my points to lower the cost of repair. Excellent service and treatment!

Gorno is top notch assistance and support. Eric was very helpful and helped me out to find EXACTLY what i wanted and explaining everything in details. Lease or buy new car/truck??? Gorno. Period

The service person Ed was very friendly and helpful with my truck was in the shop about three weeks and help providing a rental car during my repair can?t say enough about Ed kept me informed about my truck being repaired
