Black Friday - We saved with a new Ford Explorer

No one likes going to a dealership when your lease is up but Gorno Ford and our salesperson did everything possible to make my wife and I comfortable, meaning no pressure to buy. What I liked is that Gorno was transparent with pricing and made sure we received every possible discount. Our salesperson had our vehicle washed/prepped and all paper work done/signed in less then an hour. He then took time to walk us through the features one more time and sink our phones. Highly recommend

I would just like to say that the service advisor.. John Turner, he was so helpful, also very knowledgeable in regards to what I was having a problem with on my Ford Focus! Good Service Trumps No Service

I brought in my Gorno Leased Cmax vehicle because the low tire pressure light was on. Their solution was to have a porter put 38 pounds of air into each tire, so the low tire pressure warning would go off. The proper solution should have been: 1) Identify which tire was the problem 2) Evaluate the problem tire for possible loose valve stem or rim leak 3) Perform the repair as identified in 2) above It's past time for Gorno to perform warranty work as required by their contract with Ford Motor Company.

Never smile

I think your employees very unhappy and underpaid that's why they never smile they have to give 100% if they want the customers to go back i have 6 ford cars and i go some where else,you have to show you care and you love your job.
