I've bought two new vehicles from Ed Ferragamo over the past two years. The experience has been stress free and pleasant. I have never felt pressured at Best Chevrolet, they don't use those tactics. I looked all over the place for a good used crew cab. I ended up at best and working with Scott. I ended up with a 2012 crew cab Silverado and couldn't be happier. Truck was a described, very clean, maintained low mile truck. Scott was very easy to deal with and was a no pressure sakes guy. Near the end he noticed I was getting a little impatient and brought me back to detail shop to set up onstar and show me they were almost done. looked on line for two months for the right suv I liked a few but the prices were not budging finally took a ride to BEST CHEVY found a new tahoe with the right price found KEVIN McGOWEN sales rep and things went smoothly. Great dealership to work with online. We are from Maine found a traverse we were interested in online. We sent in a question on it and they responded quickly. We prefer E-mails over phone calls and they were great to work with, very good with communications. We were handed to the Salesman Christopher Welcome, who was great to work with. We requested extra pictures since we over 2hrs away. They took the time to put is on a lift, get us the pictures & they made sure we were happy with the pictures before putting the car back down. We traveled first thing in the morning & with in a few hours we were driving home with our new to us Chevy Traverse. Very good dealer to work with, everyone we meet there was great. Purchasing a car is my least favorite thing to do. David Nap was very patient, professional, knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone. I was trapped due to credit issues and a leased vehicle with damage. Even though I had leased the vehicle from another dealership, the people at Best made it possible for me to purchase my vehicle from them. Tina and Pascal helped with the financial details and each of them made me feel more comfortable. Best is not as overwhelming as some of the larger dealers.

I have bought several cars from Steve Dunne at various dealerships and I will always give Steve the first shot at my business because I admire his humble but professional approach to the sale. Steve is not "overly" pushy and always makes me feel comfortable with a stressful process. His follow up after the sale removes any buyer remorse I may have felt. Great guy! Great approach to sales!
