I bought a used truck from them, they charged me for a sticker would not put one on because of my lic plate, went down the street to someone they deal with and in was ok ,Al told me I would get my money back,over 2 months and no refund,they don't make you feel comfortable after you buy from them, Al had my address to send more request for me to fill out more reviews,my advice is to go to another dealer!

Both new and used on site. Clean and efficient. Located conveniently on route 1 Norwood. Test drove 3 vehicles. Knowledgeable salesman. Good selection of vehicles.

Jack Madden Ford has very knowledgeable salesmen and great service. I really felt comfortable doing business here especially because this is my first car purchase.

Today I noticed a 2014 Mustang GT advertised for sale. I called Jack Madden Ford and confirmed its availability and then drove 40 minutes (West Warwick, RI to Norwood, MA) for a 12:30pm test drive appointment. Upon arrival I was told that the vehicle was not for sale and in fact was in storage awaiting a replacement airbag (Tanaka airbag recall) which they did not expected until the end of summer. The salesperson apologized for the inconvenienced and then offered me a gas card for my time and expense. She proceeded to process the card but was subsequently told by her sales manager that one could not be given (I can only assume it is because I do not live in their market and thus why bother doing right by this out of state customer). Very disappointed in the dealerships clearly false advertising or incompetence to market for sale something that is not available and for their indifference towards their Ford customers.

Alex did a great job of figuring out the best deal for me and getting me a good price. I would go back to him again. I drove out the same day with my new car.
