Only bad point is my steering has a slight pull to the right at all speeds from 5 mph to 70 mph. I am planning to call for an appointment as soon as I have a few days clear with family problems. So until then, Thank You James Cline

As a new customer to the Cole Maintenance Department (I'm relocating to the area from Nebraska) I found the on-line service scheduling very convenient. The staff was friendly and interested in providing service and the customer waiting areas were very comfortable.

I needed my regular service to my 2014 Malibu at the last moment...the scheduler was courteous and bent over backwards to fit me in. I was well received at the service department and they did an excellent job in much less time than they estimated. I would definitely recommend Cole to my family and friends. Great job!!!

The staff is very friendly, The receptionist was charming. Pop Corn was yummy also. We had both vehicles in for maintenance, we had appointments that were and hr apart of each other. The folks back in the garage had us pull both in at the same time and had them done at approximately the same time also. Awesome! We had our 4 yr old grand-daughter with us and it was nice that they have a kid friendly area and T.V with cartoons to occupy her for the hr that we were there :) Thanks for the great service!
