We found a used car on Car Gurus that we liked so I called up Macke Motors and was treated with nothing but respect and class the entire process from the first phone call to the test drive to the trade in to signing the papers and driving off the lot. Tony Macke was our salesman and I couldn’t ask for a better guy to deal with. If you want to be treated fairly without the run around you get at most dealerships, I highly recommend Macke Motors!

I contacted the dealership by email. They were very courteous and helpful. Didn’t currently have a truck for me but I would be willing to drive the 400 miles to deal with these people

Bought a used truck, had some issues and they told me it wouldn?t. I came back and asked for help being I paid 30k for a pickup that was already broken. It took almost 2 weeks if me calling and txting to even get them interested in helping. They didn?t help or make it any easier. I wouldn?t ever recommend this to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

These guys are the utmost competent crew you could ever imagine. They know how to treat a customer and how to take care of business. I highly recommend them to anyone. I have done business here for over a couple years and I will keep returning to them.

Salesman was friendly and helpful until we talked about their best cash price. They wouldn't even talk about the best price unless we were going to finance with them. Then the salesman told us we weren't serious about buying a car because we wouldn't buy it THAT day... Apparently they were having a sale. He tried to get me to buy a Chevy even though I liked the look of the GMC better. Salesman told me it was the same car inside and under the guys and when I'm driving I can't see what the outside looks like. We did NOT purchase from them and we will never go back.

Appointment was easily scheduled and performed in a timely manner. Nice having a service area close to home.

I had a good experience. The dealership staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were very quick to respond. The were kind enough and willing to deliver the vehicle to us for a very reasonable fee. Worked to get me the best deal they could. Overall very pleased with this company.

They were very helpful many calls back-and-forth before making the long trip there. They stayed open late and waited for me. I ultimately bought the vehicle.
