One thing that was great about this experience is, my wife and I did not feel pressured to make a quick decision. Phil was knowledgeable about the type of vehicle we were interested in, and provided us with great education and information to make an informed decision. Phil was also available or easy to contact when needed, during this purchasing process. It was great to have Phil ready to ask questions and gather information when needed.
