First and last Ford/Lincoln product
I leased a new Nautilus and found a dent in the hood. Jack Demmer wanted to replace the hood with a hood from a different vehicle. NOT ACCEPTABLE! They did not offer me a newly painted hood from the factory. Instead they offered me a free oil change. First and last purchase of a Ford and/or Lincoln Product. I will be going back to GM.

Exceptional Customer Service
This is my 4th Lincoln, love the luxury & style. Each time the car has been upgraded to be more luxurious although the price increased the quality is worth. Samer has been my consultant over the past few years and he has gone beyond to make his clients pleased by staying within my budget, listen to my concerns, set up my car and answered all my questions even repeated ones, lol

Excellent and courteous service
I’m always treated well here. There is professional, courteous service. The job is well done and returned to me shiny and clean. If I’m unable to wait I receive shuttle service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
