Briarwood Ford is the place to go!

Salesman was very helpful, and the finance department did a good job explaining all my options. All in all a pleasant experience while buying my used 2021 Explorer.

Great Customer Service and Great Car!

We've been looking for a new Ford Escape Hybrid, and have ordered one from Ford with no ETA given. Our sales representative at Briarwood Ford, Ted Miller, contacted me to advise that there was an unexpectedly available Ford Escape Hybrid that had just arrived. Although it was not our desired trim level, we chose to purchase the available Hybrid. Not only was the transaction go smoothly, but we felt exceptionally comfortable making this purchase. We have been extremely satisfied with the purchase and grateful for the outstanding communication from Briarwood Ford's sales representative, who helped us to locate and purchase this vehicle.

Can't get my car fixed

Well I am back again with the same problem, actually the 3rd time back with the same problem. My climate control system started acting up again on my 2018 Ford Explorer and when I went back they told me the same thing as they did the first time. If it is an intermittent problem it has to fail for them and since they paid for this the first time (after they finally got it to fail) under warranty, I have to pay for this one. So I paid, $ 1,000 to have it replaced. Two weeks later the newest one (# 3) started failing. It has now failed 4 times, once while in their own body shop as the body shop guys called me and asked about it. So took it back and got the same story. They won't fix it unless they can get it to fail for them. So now I have a faulty climate control system that acts up periodically and it is not fixed. I am disappointed. Makes a guy want to switch to a Toyota, like my other car, which I have not had a bit of trouble with, ever.

Very personable people, they do not treat you like a

Very personable people, they do not treat you like a number walking in the door. I am a second generation customer, & will continue to purchase vehicles from them. Highly recommended.

No integrity from General Mgr

Owner response to my google review was untrue and said it is first come first serve. I had Salesperson tag vehicle in system first today. General Mgr had him remove it because of over MSRP offer today. Maybe GM is not telling owner the whole truth. Bottom line it poor integrity to reserve an incoming vehicle and then take away reservation for an above MSRP offer.
