Shannon Meade is the best! What all customer service representatives should be. She has helped me with my vehicle multiple times and is always willing to go the extra mile to be sure my vehicle has the best outcome. Don’t want to take my vehicle anywhere else! The auto techs do a great job job too!

I was very happy with my experience at Mercedes-Benz Of Medford. I had my sprinter van towed in from California for some warranty work and some routine maintenance. It was also evaluated for anything else that should be corrected. Shannon was my contact at the dealership and she is the best. She explained everything that was recommended and needed to be done to get my vehicle into tiptop condition. A big thanks to Mercedes-Benz Of Medford. And I'm glad I went out of my way to bring my vehicle here. I give this dealership a rating of 10+. MJP

We live a 3 hours drive from MB of Medford, but we made
We live a 3 hours drive from MB of Medford, but we made an appointment for scheduled service on our 2015 Sprinter passenger van, while on our way to see friends in Sacramento for thanksgiving. I dropped off our van the night before so the mechanics could get right to it in the morning & we could continue on our remaining 4 hours to our destination soon thereafter. Their service department is the best in the west. They are the most transparent & the best I have encountered at any MB dealership. They sent me a video review of my van’s undercarriage & showed what was in good shape & what needed attention. In the past they have even walked me back to the service bay to show me what needed done or what was done, quite impressive. Most importantly, when things are done here, they are done well. I hope they keep up their high standards. Kudos to Shannon & Dan in service & my service tech Riley!

Overall, laid-back buying experience working with Sam at
Overall, laid-back buying experience working with Sam at Merc-Benz of Medford. Called in from pretty far out of town to inquire about a really good price on a Used GMC Denali 2500HD. It was priced under Blue Book so I assumed there must be something wrong with it. Nope - Just a supremely nice used vehicle. Sam was easy to talk to and prompt to respond to my questions via text or phone call. The deal we agreed to over the phone was the deal I got when I arrived. Worth mentioning that they discovered a minor issue with the touch screen on the dash. Not only did they disclose it right away, they offered to fix it at their expense. Despite living 3 hours from the dealership, they offered to come get my vehicle when the part was in, leave me with a loaner, then deliver my truck back to me. That's 12 hrs of driving for them, just to make good on a slightly glitchy touch screen. That's impressive commitment to good service. Much appreciated.
