2024 Escape in for warranty repair of cruise control

2024 Escape in for warranty repair of cruise control system. Service unable to repair after having vehicle for 14 days. Complete lack of communication as to status/causes. Fail to have vehicle ready for delivery as promised by service manager. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE AGAIN. ASSISTANCE FROM SALES (NICK ISOM) OUTSTANDING.
