It was ok nothing to write home about. My service person was not personable. I love my sales person Mr. Pettway, every time I come in he speaks and checks in with me, to make sure we are okay with our car. The service department needs a lot of help with being personable with people. Last time in November they didn’t top my fluids when I got my oil change. Time before that my service person I believe Don went searching threw out my car for the wheel lock. All he had to do was ask me.

As a woman, I feel I was treated with respect, and was given straight answers to my questions. Got a fair price for my beautiful Chevy Cruz.

There was a discrepancy regarding the length of the lease, but it was resolved. The entire transaction was handled efficiently and professionally; from beginning to completion.

After a day filled with frustration and aggravation this man save the day! Was totally insulted by a trade-in offer lie to about a vehicle on a lot was not very happy with dealerships,and one I had a history with. From the moment I walked in this man listen to what I had to say was willing to try to stay in my parameters. Working a deal both parties have to have to be willing to give and take! From now until the foreseeable future I will be shopping at Feldman and with Mr. L. Partway! I'll go as far as saying there's a good chance I would follow him! He made me feel like an ex-team mate or childhood friend and I love that!
