First Oil Change

Mirrors & drivers seat were moved just to take it to shop for oil change. First oil change was free. Probably won't bring my 2015 Escape to Bill Colwell for future oil changes since it's almost 60 miles one way for me (so 1st one not really free).

Great cars and great service.

I have been buying cars from Bill Colwell for over 30 years. They have treated me with respect and I feel like a valued customer. Their service department is the best in town, that is the real reason I keep coming back.

very good experience

Things went very well. Everyone was excellent to work with. Mike Stark went above and beyond the call to serve us. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Colwell in the last few years and every time has been very easy.

Excellent experience!!

We have purchased 5-6 autos from your agency and have always had very positive experiences. This was my first car purchase since my husband's death in 2011. Ernie Doeden was wonderful! No pressure, just honesty and very helpfulness. One of the main reasons I stick with Colwells is because of your service department. LaVerne had always been helpful as well as others. I trust everyone and in my present situation that is major!! Even your office staff/receptionists are kind, polite and courteous.

Great service and customer satisfaction.

Gave me a loaner car to use while waiting for parts for my truck. Had a FULL tank of gas!

Excellent Service, Friendly People

Al Shepard was very,very helpful to me getting my GMC Sierra Classic. I also want to thank Dave in the finance office for all his work and Mr. Caldwell himself. If these men had not taken the time to talk with me and understand, I would not have my new truck. Thanks to everyone for your kindness to a second time buyer.
