I just encountered one of the best service-experiences at a dealership that I have had in many years. I brought my vehicle to the Northland Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership with an intermittent brake problem that only seemed to occur on very hot and humid days.  My wife and I had taken the vehicle to another Chrysler dealership multiple times after this had occurred, however, after inspection on each occasion, we were told that the brakes pads, rotors, caliper, etc. were in good condition and brakes were working fine. This went on for well over nine months at this dealership. I finally decided to take the car to the Northland-Dealership. I was greeted by Jason Horton, the service consultant. I gave him the history of the braking issue, I told him that the calipers were sticking on the left-front wheel when the problem would occur and that it was not occurring at the present time.  Jason said that it would be difficult to diagnose the problem without road-testing the vehicle and suggested that if I was willing to drive the vehicle to try to reproduce the issue and bring it immediately back to the dealership, that he would have his brake-specialist (Sean) take a look at it. After taking Jason's and coming back to the service-center.  I gave Sean the same information that I had given the other dealership and he was very attentive to what I was communicating to him and he was able to determine the root-cause of the issue. The Northland Service Team is now my preferred dealership for service! 

The service I recently received from Northland Chrysler was excellent, professional and timely. I have zero complaints and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Very unprofessional and don't take their job's serious! People will lose a lot of unnecessary money dealing with the service department HERE! That's not good
