I recently purchased an Audi SQ5 from Berkshire Mazda and had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. They were very easy to negotiate with and made everything simple and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Jimmy Clark and Joey were both incredibly helpful, easygoing, and great to work with. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Michael was great. He was friendly and very pleasant to work with. I rated your dealership a 3 due to the fact I thought your dealership was family friendly but that is not true. Your bathroom doesn't have a changing table. It wouldn't have been an issue but in those circumstances I would change my child in my suv. Which is impossible when its being serviced. It put me in a tough position of either changing my child in the waiting area or not changing her at all for her privacy.
