Bought a certified vehicle with 33,000 miles, the left tail light had water in it. Took it in under the bumper to bumper warranty and was told that the check engine light was on because it needed an update for a cost of course and the tail light was considered trim so it's not covered. They tried to charge me for the update and a tail light. I refused then they tried to charge me for a service fee...NOPE. A week later the gas door broke (plastic hinge with big metal spring). Not covered... Took the tail lights out and both had holes drilled in them with rusty sockets stuck in with tape over them and the wires cut off. I took it back in, they said I would have to pay for new tail lights. For 42,000.00 and GM certified holes in tail lights and I have to pay?

I'm frustrated that to get an appointment for routine service, I needed to wait at least 7 days. At least one chat note and one email note (including phone number) suggesting that management hire more people was completely ignored. I have heard nothing from anyone at Midway. We have purchased vehicles and had them serviced almost exclusively at Midway, but that will change. I'm disappointed because I liked the people that work there and the quality of service but to wait a long time just for routine service is indicative that loyalty only goes so far.

Really disappointing Visit! After buying the Car new from them in august of 2016 the check engine light came on and they wanted to charge me to plug in the tester and tell me what was wrong with the car! when I said I would not pay them that amount the service dept said they would not look at it unless I signed the paper with the amount on it! I declined and expressed how disappointing it was that they would not do this for free even though I bought the car there and brought it back to them for the oil changes(by the way when I bought the car I told I was getting 5 free oil changes which did not happen also) so after some back and forth and I decided to leave because of the attitude of the service dept. rep! I will only go back if they are the only ones that will do any recalls that will come up!
