Per usual, MB Novi Service Dept, offered excellent customer service. Easy check in, quick service A and brake/rotor inspection, washed and returned in little over an hour. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. I drive 45 min to get here for the service, even though there’s a dealership about 10-15 miles from my house. Keep it up. You’re doing it right.
