Great Experience

My first Mercedes. My first experience with Service. It was flawless and evwrything one would expect from such a quality car. Dan in service was the best and everyone made me feel like i was the only customer there.

Chris doesn't sell cars: he sells milestones in life

Beyond the fact that he is extremely polite, cordial and an excellent provider of fine customer service, Chris truly grabbed my family's excitement and interest when we were buying our GLC300. From my very first visit, Chris truly got my attention on the GLC300, providing an interesting and exciting picture of this vehicle, without any exaggerations, tricks or "fake emotions" in the process of presenting the vehicle. Later on, Chris was also able to get my wife and two very young children, excited about purchasing an advanced vehicle that provides not only comfort and excellent service, but first-class safety for the whole family! Grabbing my children's excitement, not just their focus and attention, tells me that Chris is an excellent Salesman who is able to share his passion for Mercedes-Benz to his customers. His technical explanations where absolutely excellent, his attention to detail outstanding, and his follow-up-, support and service where truly remarkable. He is the poster child for Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the USA, and in summary, I hope that Chris is the person selling us our family's next Mercedes! Good job Chris! I truly LOVE my car!

Above and beyond EVERY time

Chris goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. I promise you there's no moss growing on his seat--he makes huge effort in all he does. We have purchased two cars from him even though his dealership is not the closest dealership to our house. He referred us to his service manager Santiago when we were having trouble getting an interior door panel from Bloomfield--our local dealership. The part was on order for three months with no end in sight Santiago at Novi was able to get the panel in 24 hours How amazing is that ?

BRAVO! FANTASTIC PURCHASE EXPERIENCE!

Kimberly McNett is a truly awesome Mercedes Benz of Novi team member! She combines warmth and friendliness with outstanding knowledge of her cars and a desire to locate exactly what her customer is looking for. After looking at the Mercedes Benz of Novi's website I decided to call with additional questions. I had done a lot of research and knew exactly what I wanted regarding the car and all of the options. Kimberly was so nice and helpful that I decided to drive four hours from Illinois to test drive two 450 GLS vehicles. After Kimberly talked to my husband our "test drive" turned into a fabulous PURCHASE of my brand new white 450 GLS Mercedes Benz! Kimberly made absolutely every step of the process a real pleasure. She was pleasant, professional, organized and knowledgeable about every detail. All of the paperwork was ready when we walked in the door. My husband is a professional who expects the same high standards in his personal financial transactions that he provides for his company. Kimberly not only met our expectations, she exceeded them. Kimberly made every minute of the four hour drive to Novi, Michigan well worth our time. I also appreciate that she understood my time constraints and really went above and beyond to make all of the details fall into place. Her team member Sean was also friendly and very helpful. BRAVO KIMBERLY!

Five Star Plus Sevice

I had a wonderful experience with Kimberly McNett and her co-worker Sean who both went well above and beyond the call of duty to find the vehicle my wife desired and meet our needs in terms of timing. Timing meant that they stayed over on a Saturday to meet us as we drove in from Illinois. Once there, we did not feel rushed or pressured even though it was beyond closing time. Their preparation prior to our arrival was excellence. The presentation of the vehicle was superb and associated paperwork well organized and easy. Thanks for making what could have been a tedious and difficult process into a pleasant and fun memory for my wife and I.

Best sales woman

Kim knows how to treat a customer from start of Saler to delivery. She is very knowledgeable on all models of automobiles she sells. These is the third Benz she helped us with and this was the main reason we chose this dealership to get are car.

Beyond our expectations

What a fantastic experience! From the time we walked in the door until we took possession of our new, beautiful Mercedes, we were treated like we were the most important people ever! Our representative was Kimberly. She is so knowledgeable and nice. There is nothing she doesn't know. The whole delivery process was fantastic! There was a big bow on the car and kimberly took several pictures of us with our new GLA. Then she explained everything about the car to us and asked many times if we had any questions.
