I called and had my 2019 rebel taken in on a Friday for what a noise I told them I suspected sway bar bushings. They conformed and ordered them scheduled me for two Mondays later then never showed to get truck so I called they scheduled me for Friday never showed to my work to get truck called again they scheduled me for next Friday never offered a loaner hope I didn't damage anything else.

This dealership is by far the best we have ever experienced. When my boyfriend went in last fall to buy a truck, he bought what he "thought" was what he wanted. Our experience was great dealing with the sales staff. Everyone was onboard to help us get what we wanted. Well, shortly after that my boyfriend realized it wasnt at all what he wanted. Although the truck was okay and there was nothing really wrong with it, it just didn't fit what he wanted and needed it for. When the dealership followed up to make sure everything was alright, he was honest and said he had made a mistake. They immediately said for us to come back in and they would do whatever they could to make it right. And they did. The entire experience the 2nd time was even better because we couldn't believe how hard everyone at Runde worked to make sure we could get what we wanted at the price we could afford. They all really cared and took personal ownership to make us happy. We will not go to any other dealership. Thank you to all!
