Went for oil change.
Went for oil change. Pulled in and another customer in front of me but I waited maybe 10-15 minutes to get checked in. The customer service agent was helpful and friendly. I never got a text that my car was finished so I called. Super frustrating to get put through to some crummy AI bot. Wish you guys didn't introduce this. It prevented me from getting a simple 30 second question answered. I went into the office after 90 minutes and my car was ready.

Ed Rinke is an excellent dealership.
Ed Rinke is an excellent dealership. The staff are friendly, responsive and there to help. The interior and exterior of the dealership is very modern and looks fantastic after their recent remodel, and puts other dealers in the area to shame. Most of all, the process of purchasing new vehicles and trading in old ones have have been excellent, positive experiences. I've purchased two vehicles there in the past 5 years, and both experiences have been smooth and super fast without the delays or hassles that sometimes come with purchasing a new vehicle.
