The BEST buying experience I've ever had!

By far this was the best auto purchase I have ever experienced. No high pressure to buy, just a very professional and knowledgeable sales team. We had the pleasure of working with Trey Hansel who was not only knowledgeable about the Subaru fleet, but also very helpful in helping me get the car I wanted. He has continued to go above and beyond in making sure I am happy with my purchase by contacting me after the sale to answer any questions I may have about my new vehicle. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Excellent!

From the moment we walked in the showroom, we were welcomed and at ease with the entire staff. Dan Thumser was outstanding in his ability to determine, not only what we wanted, but also, what type of vehicle would serve our needs as well. Previously we have done most of our purchasing through another local dealership, but were encouraged to visit Riley's by several people, not simply to purchase, but also for service issues as well. For those friends who suggested Riley's....THANK YOU! As many discerning customers do, we visited other dealerships in and around our area and, there was absolutely no comparison in product knowledge and sincerity of conversation. We will be returning to Riley's to make a purchase...we need only determine which vehicle we ultimately choose. We are truly looking forward to seeing Dan Thumser and the rest of the staff!

Awesome

Everyone from the sales department to the service department being very professional and friendly. They make buying a car the easiest there is out there. Then you know your car is in good hands with the service department until it's time to get another new one.

Purchase

Ted was very helpful and friendly. He knew we were on a time schedule and did a great job, along with the other staff, of getting us in and out. He was very knowledgeable and did a perfect job of finding out our needs and meeting them!

Satisfied customer

Our salesman listened to what we wanted/needed in a vehicle. He was patient as we test-drove 3 cars over the course of a few days. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell things we didn't want. The finance manager worked to give us a fair price. Pricing and negotiating was relatively painless.

Love my Outback!

Great! Experience !Could not have been better.t

John Coleman met us as we parked in the lot. Very personable and professional. Felt very welcomed.Our daughter always buys a Subaru and I drove hers and was impressed.John answered all our questions and got a good deal on our trade in. I have recommended to friends to visit you when ready for next Subaru.When I picked the car up I was very impressed by John Coleman how he explained the many features etc to me, a lot to learn.Every staff person was friendly, felt right at home! Definitely will buy another Subaru , a fantastic car!
